This site is designed to assist in matching the best classroom assessment technique (CAT) with course goals. Educators select the student learning outcomes they expect in a course, and the site suggests the CATs that would be most effective. Examples of CATs include ConcepTests, Portfolios, Scoring Ruberics, and interviews.
