Traditional student of geology that only recently became aware of the greater Geoscience Educational Research community, and aspires to become an active member within it. Peter has withdrawn from the University of Houston to further his teaching aspirations and taken a part-time (adjunct) position at a local community college. He presently is seeking a new academic program to enter into, so he can further these goals in the pursuit of his terminal geoscience degree. During his free time (and free time is used very loosely) he has developed, instituted, and maintained an educational outreach program focused on geoscience education in elementary schools, and graduate student communicative development. {http://terraelm.nsm.uh.edu}
