Promotional Materials

NAGT has a set of promotional materials that are typically used at conference exhibit booths but can also be used at meetings, workshops, or other events. NAGT leaders and members may request the use of these materials. The NAGT Executive Office will do its best to honor these requests. Please note that the shared use of these materials requires advanced planning. Requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the date materials are needed in hand. If any materials need to be printed by the NAGT Executive Office, a minimum of four weeks' notice is required. You are strongly encouraged to submit your request as far in advance as possible. Materials can be shipped at no cost. However, Sections and Divisions must pay the costs of outgoing shipping at the conclusion of the event. In some cases, officers will be asked to provide short-term storage of the materials. Requests should be submitted to Brianna Douglas in the Executive Director's office and must include the following information:

Name and date of the event
Full name, address, and phone number of the shipping contact
Date by which materials are needed
List of requested materials, including quantities for each item

To ensure brand consistency and proper representation, all content creation must adhere to the NAGT Identity Guidelines and Logo Use documentation.
